The story of a $200 million freight rail line that started with $1 million in seed money, then took a year to get to a point where it could start operating was one of the best stories in the tech world for a while.

In 2014, a group of investors in Oakland and San Jose were trying to get their hands on the first phase of the $2 billion Larkin Rail, which is being built near the San Jose airport, as well as a $600 million project to link the Oakland and Hayward rail lines.

The project was initially going to be financed with a $15 billion federal grant.

The Federal Transit Administration gave the two cities permission to proceed with the first part of the project, which would have taken a year and a half to complete, but the FTA then put a hold on the grant.

A second phase of construction was then approved, but that funding was never put into place, which means it could take another year or more to actually begin construction.

The second phase was originally expected to be finished in 2020, but there were delays in the second phase, which was initially expected to begin in 2021.

By the time the project was finished, it would be years late.

And now, thanks to a settlement reached by the parties and some funding from the federal government, the project is moving forward, but in a very different direction.

The federal government was willing to forgive the delay in the Larkin project in exchange for a $400 million payment from the state of California, which will allow the city to begin operating the freight rail system.

In a deal that also included a $10 million donation from Google, Google is also getting some $100 million in federal aid, which could help cover the cost of the railroad to the Bay Area and its surrounding area.

That $10 billion is the largest amount the city of Oakland has ever received from the U.S. government, and it comes on top of the funding that Oakland received in 2013 for the second rail phase of Larkin.

Oakland has also received funding for the construction of the third rail phase.

The $1 billion in seed funds the city received to get the project going in 2014 came from a $3 billion federal stimulus package, which the city and the Bay View are using to help pay for construction of what will be the world’s largest freight rail tunnel.

Oakland will also receive $400,000 from the California Environmental Quality Act, which gives the city permission to use public land to develop projects, such as the Lark Street BART Station, the Larkspur BART Station and the L.A. Convention Center.

The Lark St. BART Station is the only BART station in the world that was designed for commuter rail, but BART plans to eventually convert it into a transit station for mass transit, and Lark BART Station will be built atop a viaduct, which in turn will allow for a rapid transit link between the Oakland Coliseum and downtown Los Angeles.

With the settlement, the city will be able to start operating the rail system, and the settlement is an important step toward helping the city get on the ground.

But the settlement also allows the city for the first time to pay for the Lancha Street BART station, which should be ready for use as early as 2021.

The city plans to use the $500,000 in funds from the settlement to build the first station on the north side of Lark street in downtown Oakland, but it is unclear how that will happen or what the timeline for that project will be.

And Larkin rail is not the only project Oakland has received federal funding for in the last few years.

Two years ago, Oakland received a $2.5 billion grant from the National Endowment for the Arts, a federal grant that will help support the arts and culture in the Bay area.

The grant will be used to build a cultural hub for Oakland’s artists, including a permanent installation on the Larchmont Arts and Culture Center in the city’s East Bay.

Oakland also received $750,000 last year from the Endowment of Arts, which has been established to fund arts programs for the Bay, including the Oakland Art Museum.

Both of those projects have been in the works for a long time, and neither project will have any immediate impact on the future of the city, but both are projects that will have an impact on how Oakland sees itself as a community.

The Art Museum in Oakland is the third-oldest art museum in the country, and one that will be a significant part of a new museum in downtown Larkspruit, which opens this fall.

The new museum will be called Lark Arts and Museum, and will include more than 60 new works, including works by local artists, and more than 100 original works by Oakland’s most prominent artists.
